We will have live (synchronous) lectures. Class participation is expected; we'll keep occasional polling to keep everyone engaged. We will record the live lectures and post them for asynchronous viewing, for students who are unable to join the live lectures. We will also schedule TA office hours at staggered times for students in different time-zones.
